Vintage Microprocessor HD68B09EP. The "B" indicates up to 2 MHz operation. The "E" indicates External clock generator required, no internal clock oscillator like the HD6809P. Same as the MC68B09E. This batch is new old stock we purchased back in the 90's.

All of these HD68B09P chips, in this batch, have been tested on our MC6xxx CPU tester. We do this to be sure they function properly.
