Shipping costs, based on item weight, the shipping methods selected and the ship to destination, are automatically calculated during the checkout (order) process.
For your convenience, you can generate a quick shipping quote before checking out. Simply add the desired products to your shopping cart. You do not need to be logged in to add to your cart. We ship to the 50 United States, US Territory, US Armed Forces addresses. We ship to some other countries such as California, France, Canada, Mexico, Australia, The UK, Germany, and others.
Shipping Methods: Cut-off time 2:30pm
We will ship using one of the methods selected by you at time of order. Not all methods will be available for every type of shipment.
USPS: Ground Advantage, Priority, Priority Express, 1st-Class Package Intl Service, Priority Intl. NOTE: We do not guarantee USPS packages will arrive on time. They are struggling. We hope they improve. We need the low prices and other options they provide.
UPS: Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Worldwide Express, Worldwide Expedited.
Tracking Numbers:
Tracking numbers will be provided in your "My Account" area on the invoice for the order.
Returns & Exchanges:
ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES FINAL! No Returns!
Domesitic USA Sales:
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have received.
Please ensure you have contacted us for an RMA number prior to returning your item, or it may not be accepted.
A 10-25% restocking fee will be applied to products with missing or damaged original packaging or products not in original condition. 50% restocking fee will be applied to returns after the 30-Day period or without an RMA number.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping payment and assumes responsibility for the return package insurance.
Please enclose the following:
- Order number or Invoice copy.
- In case of a manufacturers defect - the details outlining the type of defect or the reason for your return.
- If you would like to exchange, please note if you would like to exchange for the same item or a different one.
- Your contact details including phone number and your e-mail address.
- RMA Number - Please call us and get an Return Merchandise Authorization number before shipping to us.
