2064B Quad Darlington Switch

ULN2064B Quad Darlington switch in a 16 pin Dual Inline Package (DIP).  50 volts, 1.5 amps per switch.  This interfaces TTL logic to high current, high voltage loads.  These are new old stock, from our old parts bins.
