IC W27C512-45Z.  Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory.  512Kb - 64kx8.  28 pin dual inline package, through hole.  Handy for replacing old EPROMS.  These came all the way from Hong Kong, so they must be good.  We will test them before shipping.

Also Note: We use these to replace hard to find 2764, 27128 and 27256  28pin eproms.  We make a socket that makes it function as a eprom.  Once in the socket you program it as a W27C512.  Only program the space that fits the chip.  Or do the full program space and let the burner error the rest as not reading.  This is great when you need a 45ns eprom! For example in an IGT S-2000 slot running S+ software that requires a fast 2764 eprom.
