TMS5220CNL Speech Synthesis chip

TMS5220CNL Speech Synthesizer integrated circuit made by Texas Instruments.  24 pin dual inline package (DIP).  These are from China.  All have been tested/compared against a known good chip with a parametric analyzer on a oscilloscope.  All the pins have identical shapes compared to the good chip.

These were used in several early arcade games.
