Vintage Microprocessor HD6809P. Up to 1 MHz operation. Has internal clock oscillator, only requires an external crystal. Same as MC6809P. This batch is new old stock we purchased back in the 90's.

All of these HD6809P chips, in this batch, have been tested on our MC6xxx CPU tester. We do this to be sure they function properly.
