74HC245 Octal Bus Transceiver

74HC245 Octal Bus Transceiver, 20 pin DIP.  This is the HC version (High Speed CMOS).  Will not replace a LS version (Low Power Shotsky, TTL).  Very common failure part, as are most of the buss transceivers.
