Texas Instruments TMS9118NL Video Display Controller (VDP). A mid 80's variant of the TMS9918 series chips. Has 1 pin difference (pin 37) and allows two 16K×4-bit ram chips at 5 volts instead of eight 16K×1-bit ram chips at triple supply 5v 12v and -5v as in the TMS9918. New old stock from our parts bins from the 80's.
