The Lord of the Rings Pinball by Stern Pinball made in 2003.
This shop-out was very hard to clean. It can be a fight to get parts off and on. The playfield was previously clean with a caustic acid based cleaner that had to be removed with steel wool and a lot of elbow grease. We had to find the complicated short in the switch matrix causing half the switches to miss-report. The "Balrog" toy had a broken harness, we made a new one. The flippers were worn out and had to be rebuilt. The rest was all the little things to fix and pm.
