Mills or Jennings  Slot Machine Repair

Yes, we do repair Mills or Jennings Slot Machines made from 1926 to 1949.  Please call or fill out this form so we can determine if we can help you.  Sending us pictures helps.  The game must be complete.

We can repair your old mechanical slot and put it back in service with correct payout.

Your Mills Slot must be complete, as in, no missing parts. Some parts are impossible to find! If you just bought this slot at an auction, "As Is", it may be a box of broken parts.  We know, we have worked on many.

We do not accept all machine types. This workorder is for Mills/Jennings Slot Machines Only.

We charge $85 per hour plus parts for in-shop repair jobs with a $170 minimum.  This type of "partial" repair is sometimes successful.  It's not going to last long though.  Imagine a 80 year old automobile that has not been serviced for 50 years.  Say you fix the obvious problem and install a new starter.   The car starts and drives!  If you drive every day the car will probably fail.  The failure may damage a very hard to find part.  This leads to other failures and down time.  Old slot machines are almost impossible to find any parts for, anywhere.

Fortunately 30 years ago your family heirloom finally stopped working.  Mostly because of hardened grease and oil.  Several bearings are stuck so hard it takes a torch to take them apart. Someone may have squirted oil on the coin payout slides.  A big mistake.  It works for a while, then the dirt on the coins gums up with the oil and you have a completely locked up machine.  My point is this is the perfect machine for us to fix.  It was not put together with a bunch of worn out parts and sold as "Working".  We can tear it down and get things moving and adjusted.

To repair older machines made from 1926 to 1949 (One Arm Bandits) it costs a minimum $850 to $1250 plus parts.  Some jobs are charged even more.  These Slots can take weeks or months to complete.  We take them apart completely, down to the bottom plate.  Then clean the parts in a surfactant and or solvent.  All parts are buffed/polished by hand and put back together coated with fine machine oil.  This process allows us to identify issues like frozen bearings, bent payout fingers, week springs and a dozen other common issues.  Our service is designed to make the machine run for years.  This work is about making sure all current and potential issues are found and addressed.  We have found that THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS anymore.  There simply is no simple fix for 80 year old mechanical machines!

We pick up Mills/Jennings machines for repair within 50 miles of our shop.  Picking up the game is $100.  Bringing it back is $100.  We can NOT do stairs.  We have a truck with a lift and various dollies.  If your home entryway is flat or less than 5 inches (one step) we can help you.  If the game is upstairs you must get it downstairs to your garage or driveway. This business is a Mom and Pop, we are in our mid 60's now.  We no longer carry games by hand.

You can bring it in yourself.  Please fill out this workorder and we will call you to make an appointment to bring it in

We only work on slots for home use!  We do NOT fix "Cherry Masters", "Pot of Gold" and other machines that are for commercial use.  We do NOT repair Pashislo or Azure (Japanese) slot machines. We DO NOT repair slot machines for COMMERCIAL OPERATION or any type of gambling operation.  Home slot machine repair ONLY! .

Please fill in the form above.  You will receive an automated email. We will call you when we have an opening in our schedule.

We reserve the right to refuse any job.  Please send pictures to help us evaluate the game before you bring it in.

Please remember to "checkout" after adding the workorder to your "shopping cart".  No charges are incurred until the job is completed!

Please make the keys available!

Warranty!  We can not warranty old slot machines. Only the parts installed as listed on the invoice are under our 30 day parts warranty.  We do give you a 30 day labor warranty period to bring it back to fix most problems that do not involve your parts.
