Eprom M27C128A-10F1. 16Kb x 8 super-fast 100ns 28pin. 12v programming voltage. Our programmers read this as Device ID: 8F 83. That's for a NEC UPD27C128. Must have been made by NEC for ST (SGS Thompson). Go figure.
